Spring is HERE! We love our monthly evening run in Central Park – join our spring run in Central Park with Dr Metzl and our IronStrength community on Monday evening, May 7th!! A spring themed IronStrength night group run in Central Park. Runners and walkers are welcome, distances from 5k-10k!
We’ll plan on meeting starting at 6 PM inside the New York Running Company on the second floor of the Time Warner Building. There’s a changing area and bag drop on site — we’ll head out to the park in pace groups at 6:30 PM and meet back at the store at 7:30 PM.

In conjunction with Xero shoes, Stanley Marketplace, and the Boulder Running Company, Dr. Metzl is bringing his IronStrength bootcamp style workout to Colorado! Performed by more than 12 million people around the world, this is your chance to throw it down with Dr Metzl inside the Hangar at Stanley! How many times do you get to workout inside an airplane hangar?
Athletic minded people of all ages are welcome to join this FREE, massive bootcamp workout! We’ll fill at 500 people so jump on it (or get left in the cold). Doors will open at 9 AM on Saturday, May 12th – the workout runs from 9:30-10:30 AM.

Your $25 dollar donation goes directly to the GO Grant program that gets kids off the couch – the goal of PHIT America is promote activity and fitness for all Americans!
Twenty lucky people will join our IronStrength workout on the roof – have access to the pool and amazing facilities at the Mercedes Club, and have a fabulous afternoon in style looking over NYC!

We’ll meet at the Delacorte Theater benches at 6:25 AM and leave there PROMPTLY at 6:30 AM. The workout consists of hills + strength and is suitabe for all ages and fitness levels (kids are welcome)! We love starting our mornings sweating it out together – we look forward to seeing you there!
