Marathon Sports and INOV-8 are thrilled to bring Boston this awesome city-wide community workout with “The Athletes Doctor”, Dr. Jordan Metzl. Dr. Metzl is a nationally renowned sports medicine physician, 34-time marathon runner, 13-time IronMan finisher and best-selling author.
IronStrength is Dr. Metzl’s full body strength workout designed to increase strength and prevent injury for runners of all ages and skill levels. You’ll hate it and then you’ll love it, but we PROMISE you’ll have a blast at this massive, city-wide free event for runners, triathletes, and fitness enthusiasts of all levels. Plus – tons of SWAG just for trying! 🙂
Join in the movement! Dr. Metzl will be instructing a FREE Ironstrength Workout with rockin’ tunes and great vibes at the Parkman Bandstand in the Boston Common on Saturday morning, March 26th. Music will start rolling at 10 AM and the workout will begin at 10:30AM and end at 11:30 AM. Come join us right in the heart of Boston! And if you love to sweat, BRING IT!
