Whatever your fitness level, you’ll not want to miss this outdoor morning workout. A combination of running (or walking) around the track at the great hill followed by a session of plyometric strength exercises. 

Meet us at the Great Hill at 10:15 AM. The workout will run from 10:30- 11:30 AM.
