Join us for an Evening Run around Central Park on Wednesday Evening, September 9th. The awesome team from Spring Moves, will lead us in a run around Central Park. This will be a fun night consisting of a run of your choosing, distance and pace! All ages and Fitness Levels are Welcomed!

We will meet back at Reebok for refreshments and a Q/A on Healthy Running !
