As we kick off 2019, we want to keep our IronStrength community active all year long! What are the keys to a successful fitness resolution? What keeps people motivated day after day, month after month? What can you do to ensure success in your own fitness program, whether walking a 5k or running a marathon?
Join sports medicine physician and best-selling author Dr. Jordan Metzl and an ALL-STAR panel of experts at the ASICS 5th Avenue Flagship for a deep dive into the world of fitness resolutions. We’ll look at what works, what doesn’t, and what you can do to give your 2019 fitness resolution the best chance at success!
The doors open at 6 PM, the program runs 6:30-7:30 PM. Space is limited, RSVP is required.
